Babatzim is one of the oldest producers of ouzo in Greece with over 140 years of experience in the distillation and production of ouzo. It has its own aniseed plantations in different parts of northern Greece. Ouzo Babadzim uses twice as much distillate as the standard, which makes it cleaner, more fragrant, and of superior quality.
