It is created by Alex Thomas, one of the few women master blenders in this industry. The Sexton is made out of 100% Irish barley malt and is distilled three times in copper vats. To reach its unforgettable taste, the brew ages in casks in Oloroso, specially delivered from Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. The Sexton is characterized by beautiful whisky color, enjoyable taste, and memorable character. Notes: dried fruit, honeycomb wax, nuts. It is marked by the soul of Northern Ireland, created in the cold north Antrim county, close to the Saint Columb stream.
