Founded in 1993, Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery was established with the vision of producing premium, expressive, and innovative wines that embody the spirit of the New World. The company is distinguished by three main characteristics: creative use of technology, a focus on quality, and respect for the environment. The name “Cono Sur” refers to the geographical location of the winery, representing wines proudly produced in the southern cone of South America, with Chile at its western edge, home to fertile wine-growing valleys.
The Chilean winery is among the top wine producers in Latin America. In less than 10 years since its establishment, Cono Sur sparked a true wine revolution with its unprecedented quality-to-price ratio, especially for wines made from varieties like Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The core Bicicleta series (meaning “bicycle”) is a testament to the winery’s responsible approach not only to the vineyards but also to the environment. Dedicated to the workers in the winery who use bicycles to navigate the estate, it symbolizes the winery’s sustainable philosophy and commitment to the planet.
