LEVENT Production of Boutique Wines

Levent Winery was founded in 2005 and is located in a unique military structure, preserved in its authentic form, called Levent Tabia. This fortification was built in the 18th century and served to protect the city.

The winery specializes in the production of boutique wines, with an annual production ranging from 2,000 to 15,000 bottles. The total annual production is about 100,000 bottles, with 70% being white and rosé wines and 30% red wines. Levent produces wines in small batches, focusing on high quality and modern techniques, while also maintaining the traditions of the successful winemakers of the region.

The production technology combines classical winemaking practices with new and innovative approaches. Gentle technologies are applied to preserve the grape and wine quality, retaining the varietal and regional characteristics to the greatest extent possible. The grapes are grown in vineyard plots that have been studied and analyzed over decades, with all agro-technical activities carefully controlled. The timing of the harvest is precisely determined, and the grapes are handpicked into crates and transported in refrigerated trucks to preserve their quality.

The wines of Levent reflect the richness and beauty of nature, the professionalism, and the hard work of the team. The goal is for each bottle of Levent to leave a lasting memory for everyone who tastes it.
